Islam:

To tell the truth, it must be said that the origin and development of Islam has been from the first sign of creation. Islam has been the accepted religion of God since the time when man set foot on earth.

It is also good to know that Muhammad (pbuh) was not the founder of Islam. Rather, he is the last and final prophet (messenger) sent by Almighty God whom God has sent to earth as the last and final prophet or messenger. As he had sent various prophets and messengers before him to spread Islam.

Allah says - Undoubtedly, the only religion acceptable to Allah is Islam (Surah Imran 3:19).And those who believe in Islam are called Muslims or Muslims. Allah says about this - And with regard to Allah, do what is worthy of Him. He has chosen you and has not restricted you in matters of religion. Be firm in the religion of your father Abraham. He is the one who named you Muslims before and in this Quran. So that the (last) Messenger (Muhammad) may be a witness for you. (on the Day of Reckoning) and you may also be witnesses (of the Ummah of other Prophets) for the people (Surah Hajj 22:78).Then it was seen that the chosen religion of Allah Almighty is Islam and those who accept Islam are Muslims.

And the first father of Muhammad (1) Ibrahim (AS) gave the name of Muslims to the people of Islam. The name Muslim will be applicable to those who were in this religion before him and those who will come later. That is, the Muslim name of the people of the present era of Islam is the name given by Ibrahim (as). Now to know that, what is the meaning of the word Muslim? The word Muslim means self-surrender. That is, the one who submits to the command of Allah and obeys that command is called Muslim or Muslim. And throughout the ages, Almighty Allah has sent as many prophets, messengers or messengers to this world to guide people on the right path. All of them were sent to the world with the order that you tell people to worship only one God.

As Allah says:- And I have sent messengers to every nation with the order that you worship Allah alone and avoid Taghut (worshiping other than Allah) (Surah Nahl 16:36).Then it was understood that previously those or the communities who obeyed the instructions of Almighty Allah and worshiped Him alone, they were all Muslims.Say, O Muhammad (a), we believe in Allah and in all that was revealed to us, in Abraham, Ishmael, Ishaq, Ya'qub and their progeny, and in all that Moses and Isa (Jesus) received. ) and other Prophets and Messengers from their Lord. We do not differentiate between any of them. And we are Muslims (Surah Imran 3:84).He (Allah) has made for you the religious law which He specifically commanded Noah (Nuh according to the Hindu religion) and which I revealed to you and which He commanded Abraham, Moses and Jesus to the effect that you ( (Islam) establish religion. And do not create disunity in it (Surah Shura 42:13).From the above verses of the Holy Quran, it is understood that before Muhammad (RA), the Almighty God sent all the angels or prophets and messengers to the world with the same message that only God should be worshiped. And the religion of all of them was Islam and they were Muslims.

So there is only one religion in the world chosen by Allah and that is Islam. As Allah says: Undoubtedly the only religion acceptable to Allah is Islam (Surah Imran 3:11).From the beginning of the world to Muhammad (1) Allah Almighty sent His messengers and revealed His message (through books) to them. Finally, Muhammad (pbuh) gave full shape to his chosen religion in the form of Islam. As Allah says: On this day (the day of farewell Hajj in 10 Hijri) I have perfected your religion for you and perfected My resources for you. And I chose Islam for you as a religion (Surah Ma'idah 5:3). Whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will not be accepted in the next life, and he will be a loser in the Hereafter (Surah Imran 3:85).Therefore Islam is the only way of salvation and the chosen religion of Allah. Islam is not the name of a doctrine, Islam is a complete way of life approved by God, the Creator, for humans and demons. Which is not a common religion like other religions. But with the passage of age and time people created differences among themselves and got divided into different religions and groups.

Allah says: All people belong to the same race (Surah Baqarah 2:213). Later they created differences (Surah Yunus 10:19). O people! I have created you from the same male and female and divided you into different nations and tribes, so that you may know one another. Indeed, he is the one among you who has the highest status in the sight of Allah, the most pious. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware (Surah Hujurat 49:13).From the above verses of the Holy Quran, it was understood that people have created differences among themselves by creating different religions and castes. And Allah divided people into different tribes so that people could identify each other by their tribes and lineages. But people, along with tribes and clans, have stepped on the path of Satan and have abandoned the worship of one God and have started creating different gods and goddesses and other things and have divided themselves into different religions.
Surat No. 6 Ayat NO. 159
Indeed, those who have divided their religion and become sects - you, [O Muhammad], are not [associated] with them in anything. Their affair is only [left] to Allah ; then He will inform them about what they used to do.

Surat No. 30 Ayat NO. 32
[Or] of those who have divided their religion and become sects, every faction rejoicing in what it has.

Surat No. 7 Ayat NO. 168
And We divided them throughout the earth into nations. Of them some were righteous, and of them some were otherwise. And We tested them with good [times] and bad that perhaps they would return [to obedience].

Surat No. 16 Ayat NO. 51
And Allah has said, "Do not take for yourselves two deities. He is but one God, so fear only Me."

Surat No. 39 Ayat NO. 43
Or have they taken other than Allah as intercessors? Say, "Even though they do not possess [power over] anything, nor do they reason?"

Surat No. 7 Ayat NO. 3
Follow, [O mankind], what has been revealed to you from your Lord and do not follow other than Him any allies. Little do you remember.

Surat No. 26 Ayat NO. 196
And indeed, it is [mentioned] in the scriptures of former peoples.

Surat No. 39 Ayat NO. 3
Unquestionably, for Allah is the pure religion. And those who take protectors besides Him [say], "We only worship them that they may bring us nearer to Allah in position." Indeed, Allah will judge between them concerning that over which they differ. Indeed, Allah does not guide he who is a liar and [confirmed] disbeliever.

Surat No. 42 Ayat NO. 14
And they did not become divided until after knowledge had come to them - out of jealous animosity between themselves. And if not for a word that preceded from your Lord [postponing the penalty] until a specified time, it would have been concluded between them. And indeed, those who were granted inheritance of the Scripture after them are, concerning it, in disquieting doubt.

Surat No. 39 Ayat NO.

Surat No. 49 Ayat NO. 13
O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.

Surat No. 10 Ayat NO. 47
And for every nation is a messenger. So when their messenger comes, it will be judged between them in justice, and they will not be wronged

Surat No. 3 Ayat NO. 105
And do not be like the ones who became divided and differed after the clear proofs had come to them. And those will have a great punishment.

About madhhab:

Madhhab' is an Arabic word. It means the path. There is only one 'madhab' in Shariah. That is the path of Allah and the Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, the path of the Holy Qur'an and the Sahih Hadith (Al-An'am 6/153; Ahmad, Nasa'i, Mishkat, Ha/166 and 165, 'Clinging to the Book and the Sunnah' section). Besides, there is no second school of thought. All the madhhabs that prevail in Muslim society were created long after the Golden Age. For example, Shah Aliullah Muhaddith Dehlavi Rahimahullah wrote in his world-renowned book Hujjatullahil Balega, that before the 4th century Hijri, no Muslim was specifically organized over the taqbalis of any one scholar's school (Hujjatullahil Balega, 1/152-53, 'Fourth Century and After). describing the condition of the people' paragraph). Therefore, it is not obligatory to follow these others of thought in the society. Even if one does not follow the madhhab, no one will be a disbeliever, but if all these madhhabs are followed, narrowness is created among people. Belief, Shariah, method of approach is one, but it is seen that there are differences of opinion, and it is contrary to monotheism. Only the Muslim will freely act on the Holy Quran and Sahih Hadith. Also cannot follow any Madhhab or Tantra. For example, no people before the 4th century Hijri were followers of Madhhab. We need to gain knowledge from everyone. The correct one must be verified.Knowledge should be followed.

---Islamic philosophers-------------------------------------------------

Let us briefly try to know the dates of birth and death of the respected Imams.Let's know the birth and death statistics of these four Imams:01) Imam Abu Hanifa (Kufa, Iraq)Birth - 80 AH Death - 150 AH0
2) Imam Malek (Madinah Sharif)Birth- 90 AH Death- 179 AH
03) Imam Shafi'i (Mecca Sharif)Birth- 150 AH Death- 204 AH
04) Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal (Baghdad)Birth- 164 AH Death- 241 AHImam Malik was born in the year Imam Abu Hanifa died. These two have not met. Madhhab was established in 400 Hijri. 250 years after the death of Imam Abu Hanifa!Let's take a look at the history:As soon as the verses of the Qur'an were revealed, they were memorized and written down as usual. But all the hadiths of Rasulullah (SAW) were not recorded together. Special hadiths were written down according to the instructions of Rasulullah (SAW). All the hadiths were memorized by the Companions. Even after the death of Rasulullah (SAW), the practice of memorizing hadiths continued for many years.
In 101 A.H., under the instructions of Omar Ibn Aziz, Caliph of Damascus, Mecca, Medina, and all Muslim worlds including Hadith were collected and recorded. Counting the collected hadiths, it can be seen that their number was about 12. Mischievous people make numerous false and fake hadiths and pass them off as the hadiths of Rasulullah. From 101 A.H. to 220 A.H., 10/12 scholars or Imams made their own Fiqa based on those unproven hadiths. After the death of the Imams, their devotees took various masalas and fatwas among themselves and gave rise to the contradictions. As a result, this madhhab emerged under different names at the instigation of the enemies of Islam
.From 220 A.H. to at least 300 A.H., the effort to verify and preserve the authentic hadiths of Rasulullah was very strong. As a result, Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, Nasa'i and Ibn Majah, six books of hadiths were recorded as usual and the authentic hadiths left by Rasulullah were properly preserved. But unfortunately the pre-created sects or sects are the sameThe predominance of their own Madhhab without being attracted to hadithEngaged in growth. Later Maleki and HanafiAmong the people of the Madhhab, sectarian conflict took place in Baghdad as wellBloody clashes broke out in many places between different sectsisThen in 809 Hijri, Ibrahimi stood in the Kaaba and took the Imamate, causing a fierce conflict between the 10/11 sects. Many Muslims were killed in it. Jahl king Farha Ibn Baykuf made four groups from among the conflicting groups stand on the four sides of the Kaaba in order to settle the conflict. Other groups got mixed up among these four classes of thought. As a result, four different musallahs of four sects were made at the four corners of the Kaaba. Every time, four imams of four madhhabs stand in four musallas and perform prayers alternately. This rule continued for about 500 years. In this way, ignorance entered Islam and created four new fictional of thought.
They followed and obeyed the Qur'an and the authentic hadith of the Prophet (SAW) and did not join any of the different of thought. Later, from among this group, King Ibn Saud occupied Arabia in 1300 AH and organized the World Muslim Ulama Conference after Hajj in 1333 AH. In that conference, he invited qualified scholars from all parties of the world. In this conference, a fatwa was taken from the Qur'an and Sahih Hadith, and a unanimous decision was taken that making more than one Musallah in one Kaaba is an extremely ignorant and anti-Islamic act. As a result, in 1333 AH, those 4 musallahs were broken and the imamate of one imam was established. The principle of 'Islam is one and indivisible' has been established by canceling the principle of dividing one Islam into different sects or sects. Those who do not know this information are only satisfied by calling Madhhabs created in the Middle Ages or the Jahili era as 'Mazhab Mana Farj, Wajib or Mustahab'.Madhhab means the way to walk. This is the correct meaning. But according to madhhabs, madhhab means way and way. In this sense, all the views and ways in the world are madhhabs. They said, Imam Abu Hanifa's opinion and path is Hanafi Madhhab. The way and the way of Imam Malik is the Maliki Madhhab. Imam Shafi'i's way and way is the Shafi'i Madhhab. And Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal's belief and path is the Hanbali Madhhab. And no Muslim needs to be told that the way and the way of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is the best and the best way and way than everyone else's way. Therefore, we should follow the holy path of the Great Prophet by avoiding and shunning everyone's ways and ways. There is no command from Allah to follow anyone else's path. Those imams whose names their devotees have created madhhab, there was no madhhab before the birth of these imams, there was no madhhab in their time either. Madhhab was created long after their death.

Islam came for the liberation of all the people of the world. From the time adjacent to the creation of man on earth. Among one hundred and twenty four thousand Prophets and Prophets, three hundred and fifteen people () among the Prophet Muhammad SAW. He is the last and final Messenger of God. On which the last and final heavenly book the Holy Quran was revealed by the great creator. The previous heavenly books, the decrees of the Creator and the revealed Shari'ah have been distorted by selfish clerics for their own interests and have bound people in the trap of superstition. So my request to you, try to understand and obey Islam. Otherwise there will be extreme penance after death. Then there will be nothing to do. After the Qur'an, no other heavenly book will be revealed, no Messenger will be born. The earlier books were the laws of God for the time. The Qur'an is the 'last testament'.It is the word of the Creator revealed through the Messenger of Allah, containing the commands and instructions and the basic knowledge and life rules of all things, the solution of humanity for mankind. Most of us run in self-forgetfulness behind the mirage of this worldly, magical, perishable success called self-forgetfulness, we study so many books. Payable limited free will, knowledge, emotion, reasoning, self-view conclusion.Allah says in the Qur'an "This is the Book () in which there is no doubt...." TrueThere is no contradiction (Nauzubillah). The secret of secrets is the path to ultimate success. best living beings, we all stand at the center of neutrality and trample down the path of egoism. With the curiosity of life's origin, purpose, action, transformation, the naked blue of the Qur'an in the eyes of conscience.

If the Aqeedah is not correct, then all words and deeds are void.”

Shaykh Abdul Aziz bin Baz rahimahullah said. (Fatwa Ibn Baz: 1/13, Al-Ifta.)• Besides Aqeedah, Manhaj is of immense importance in Muslim life. Due to lack of purification of manhaj a person is misguided by misguided firkas and their masters.
Abdur Rahman Ibnul Muljim became Khariji and killed Ali (Radhiallahu Anhu) despite being recommended Da'i by Umar (RadhiAllahu Anhu) due to human error.
That is why Jannat - Jahannaam depends on Manhaj Chuhih.In the words of the librarian ---If Manhaj is pure, the person will be in Paradise;
If a person is on the Manhaj of Rasoolullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) and the Salaf, he will enter Jannat InshaAllah. And if the corrupt are on Manhaj, then Hell will be among those who have been promised.
So Jannah and Hell depend on Manhaj Chuhih or not.- [Manhaj, p:120-121]

The correct meaning of Madhhab is the way of walking, but the followers of Madhhab interpret it to mean opinion and path. In this sense, all the views and ways of the world are madhhabs. Imam Abu Hanifa's opinion and path is the Hanafi Madhhab. Similar to Imam Malek's way and path is the Maleki Madhhab, Imam Shafi'i's way and way is the Shafi'i Madhhab and Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal's way and way is the Hanbali Madhhab. If that is the way and the way of Prophet Muhammad Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) is undoubtedly the Muhammadan Madhhab. And no Muslim needs to be told that the way and way of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is better and superior than the way and way of everyone else. Therefore, we have to follow the holy path of the Holy Prophet by rejecting the way and way of all others. According to someone else, there is no command to follow the path. The Madhhab was named after the Imams who did not have the Madhhab before their birth, nor did the Madhhab emerge during their time. Madhhab happened long after their death. Imam Abu Hanifa was born in 80 Hijri, died in 150 Hijri; Imam Malek was born in 90 Hijri, died in 179 Hijri; Imam Shafei was born in 150 Hijri, died in 204 Hijri; And Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal was born in 164 Hijri and died in 241 Hijri. Imam Shafi'i was born on the day Imam Abu Hanifa died. These two people have never met each other. Madhhab originated in 400 Hijri. 250 years after the death of Imam Abu Hanifa. Even before the birth of these four imams, there was Islam, there were Muslims. If there was no need for someone's opinion and way, then there is no reason for it to be necessary or obligatory after 400 years. Muslims still had Quran and Hadith, and still have, so Quran and Hadith are enough. So the Quran is correct

-------------------------------------------
At the time of emergency, after rising from ruku in the last rak'ah of the prayer, he raised his hands in Qamaa and prayed in congregation for the Muslims and Baddu'a for the disbelievers. (Bukhari, Muslim, Mishkat Nos. 1288, 1289, 1290)

The Companions raised their hands before or after Ruku in the Witr prayer of Ramadan. (Muatta, Mishkat No. 1303)They raised their hands and prayed in congregation. But if it is better to do it after prayer, wouldn't you do it?Once the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) was delivering the Friday sermon. At that time a desert dweller (Bedouin) stood up and said, 'O Messenger of Allah! Wealth has been destroyed, and families have gone hungry (for want of food). So you ask Allah for us. Pray.' Then the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) raised his hands and prayed. As a result, it started raining so much that on the next Friday the said (or another) person stood up again and said, 'O Messenger of Allah! Houses and property were destroyed and wealth drowned.' So pray for us!' The Prophet (ﷺ) then raised his hands and prayed for the rain to stop. (Bukhari no. 933, Musnad Ahmad 3/256, 271)Therefore, it was understood that there was no more practice after prayer.

It is very wrong and haram to compare Almighty Allah with sovereign power and self-sufficiency with leaders. But if that is the case, then did the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) and his companions not know about this reason and opportunity? Or did they know more than them? Where did they not take this opportunity and make a similar congregational supplication after the obligatory prayer? But they also prayed in congregation; After standing up from ruku in the last rak'at of the obligatory prayer during times of emergency, he raised his hands in Qumah and recited the congregational dua for the Muslims and bad dua for the disbelievers. (Bukhari, Muslim, Mishkat Nos. 1288, 1289, 1290)The Companions raised their hands before or after Ruku in the Witr prayer of Ramadan. (Muatta, Mishkat No. 1303)They raised their hands and prayed in congregation. But if it is better to do it after prayer, wouldn't you do it?Once the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) was delivering the Friday sermon. ---------------------------------
Raful Yadayeen Meaning: To raise two hands. It is one of the signs of submission to Allah. It is known from Sahih Hadith that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) used to raise his two hands in four places in Salat, i.e. he used to do Raful Yadayeen in four places.1. Time of Tahreema in Takbeer 2. Time to bow3. When standing up straight from ruku and 4. While standing in the third rak'ah and clasping the hands on the chest. But in spite of having numerous proofs from Sahih Hadith, the fatwa of the Hanafi school of our country is: never raise both hands except for the first takbeer in prayer. (Hidayat, Volume 1, Page 86)And in reality they do not act upon it. Although this decision of theirs is in direct conflict with the words, deeds and actual deeds of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH). So we are trying to compile here the evidences narrated in favor of Rafa'ul Yadayeen and all the evidences presented by the Hanafi Madhhabs against it so that a seeker of truth can easily scrutinize them, research the thoughts and interpret them. This is our effort to make it easier for him to accept the truth. May Allah grant us Tawfiq.

(Albany Academy)Imam Abu Dawud (RA) said: This hadith was narrated by Hammad on the authority of Ibn Jahadah but it does not mention raising the hands while raising the head from Sijdah.14. Among the Tabi'is, Hasan Basri, Ata, Taus, Mujahid, Nafi, Salim Ibn Abdullah, Saeed Ibn Jubair, etc., have given an opinion in favor of doing Rafa'ul Yadain while going into Ruku and rising from Ruku. Imam Malik Mamar, Awazai ibn Uwaynah, Imam Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak, Shafi'i, Ahmad and Ishaq (RA) accepted this opinion. Abdullah Ibnul Mubarak said, the hadith related to raising hands is well-established and well-authenticated. Ibn Mas'ud (R.A.) who said that the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W.) performed Raful Yadain only once, and then never did it again, is not proven or established. Ahmad ibn Abdah told me this, on the authority of Wahhab ibn Jama'ah, on the authority of Sufyan ibn Abdul Malik, and on the authority of Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak. Jarud ibn Mu'adh said, Imams such as Sufyan ibn Uwayna, Umar ibn Harun, Nazr ibn Shumail, etc. used to say Raful Yadain at the beginning of the prayer, when going into ruku, and when rising from ruku.20. On the authority of Ibn Umar (radiy).
